You may want to try again or email the poker room support and tell they that you are having troubles, you should find a email on the poker rooms site and it will be that email to the poker rooms support.

I finally signed up but they didn't give me anything. I think if you have someone who referred you then you do get the 10 bucks.I'm not sure exactly how it works.
